Why Schools Were Closed For Two Days

Now that all schools are back in session following the heavy rains that inundated the country last weekend, we asked the Minister Of State In The Ministry Of Education today about the status of the schools that were impacted by the flooding. Zabaneh says that their decision to suspend school on both Monday and Tuesday was due to the number of students unable to get to school because of the flooding.

Rains are also forecast for this weekend.
