It's been five days since the BNTU met with the Minister of Education and other units within the ministry to address a number of the union's concerns. And the BNTU reported the results of that encounter back to their membership during a meeting, where ballots were cast to determine their plan of action.

In a memo, they say that the MOE committed to completing increment approvals by December 31st and to facilitate discussions with managing authorities. However, they cited that Catholic and other managing authorities have shown them disrespect and disregard for their concerns. Therefore, the plan of action is to continue to wear green attire and to demand a meeting, which they have set for December 8th at 10 in the morning. If all the managing authorities do not show up, they are planning a full boycott of all of their activities. They are also having an emergency meeting with all the branches tomorrow night.
