The Blue Economy Minister On COP's Trials And Failures

And no matter what the disappointments are within this year's Conference of Parties, Andre Perez, the Minister of the Blue Economy, says that the international community cannot blame Belize for inaction or a mass emission of greenhouse gases that continue to warm the planet's climate.

He was part of Belize's delegation, which is demanding climate justice as part of a block of CARICOM countries within the Alliance of Small Island States. Today in San Pedro, we asked him about the disappointments coming out of this year's climate conference, and here's what he had to say:
