And even if Stoll is charged, the most he would face is a small fine of $500. But these laws and the fine will be revised. We asked Habet about the new legislation that they are proposing and how much a fine would be under those new laws.

"If I recall correctly the old laws speaks about a $500 fine and so the amendments are trying to see how we can scale it up to something that is more substantial so it really deters people from doing such things. I believe the proposal right now is for ten thousand dollars abut it is going to be go to the office of the attorney general for them to look at and for them to review it and they will amend it some recommendations as ti the scaling up of that fine."
