Graellin Carcamo, she's one of those young mothers with end stage renal failure, of what most of us know as serious kidney problems. We've been keeping track of her on this newscast since May - and we've watched as she went for surgery in Guatemala, came back, struggled to get along and now is back in trouble.

Carcamo had a tube surgically installed in her stomach to facilitate dialysis but she says now it is failing and the doctors in Guatemala have told her they can put one in her chest - but to do so she needs your help.

She told us why.....

Graellin Carcamo

"When I went to take dialysis on Saturday they try about one hour to an hour and a half to see if the tube could have work, but it didn't work. So the doctor told me that load it up with heparin and they told me that maybe it might work today, but they are not sure. So I am going to do dialysis at 3 o' clock today. The nurse said that she is not sure if it will work today. If it doesn't work I don't know what I will do because I don't have any more money to do another one right now. The doctor in Guatemala told me that he can put another tube on my chest but that will cost $2,000.00 and with the money that help me the first time I came is what I use to put this tube on my stomach side. I don't have any money this time. That's why I am here to ask the public to please help me. I feel sad and bad because I don't know what to do. I don't have any money to put on another tube."
