And, we kind of get the sense that if Minister Castro was one of those commuters, he wouldn't be too happy about wearing a mask. He told us today, he is not a fan of or a believer in mandatory mask wearing:

"I don't like masks Jules, I'm telling you I don't like masks. Right now I could barely breathe the talk to you, I hope the interview is almost finished. I don't like mask but I wear it out of respect for the rule of law and set the example that if everybody have to wear it, then I will try wear it. I don't like this. I might get into a little trouble, I don't think no mask can stop a virus. If you study what I study and the medical personnel want to he be honest with you, no mask can stop a virus but if the world health organization say we must inhale our carbon monoxide instead of oxygen, I don't know how long we will live. If corona doesn't kill we, breathing back our own carbon monoxide will eventually kill us anyway."
