Prime Minister Musa In Chile

Prime Minister Hon. Said Musa is in Santiago, Chile tonight.

The PM is on an official visit where he will be meeting with Chile's president Ricardo Lagos Escobar. Both men are expected to sign a joint declaration.

Musa is accompanied by a full entourage comprised of his CEO in the Ministry of National Development Dr. Carla Barnett, Belize's newly accredited Ambassador to Chile Salvador Figueroa, Chief Protocol officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Edith Gahona, Honorary Consul of Belize to Chile Joe Mena, and rounding out the list is Henry Canton who is representing the private sector.
