Taiwanese Foreign Minister To Visit

Taiwan's Foreign Minister Dr. Lin Chia-Lung, will visit Belize next week from 29 - 30 October.

A release says Prime Minister, Briceño, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Fonseca, will hold bilateral meetings with Foreign Minister Lin.

Lin will visit the site of the proposed San Pedro General Hospital, for which the Taiwanese are providing financing of 33 million dollars.

This will be Foreign Minister Lin's first visit to Belize since assuming office in May.
