At the top of the month, we brought you a report about the suspension and re-branding of GOB's grocery bag program. It was a side effect of the government changeover, and, according to Human Development Minister Dolores Balderamos, a necessary measure to work out some of the kinks that had taken hold in the system. We'd reported that one such kink was the listing of some irregular constituents who weren't from Lake I but from the magic kingdom.
And while the country had a good laugh at the thought of this campaign visit. Minnie and Mickey were never really on the list. Instead, their names were included in the main database as a test case for parameters - basically for programmers to check if the program is working. As was explained to us, those numbers would never have made it onto a list for suppliers. As for the gibberish letters entered - those were just placeholder entries for members of households not heads of households - which would have been filled in later.
So the screenshot that reached our newsroom was one of the global databases used for practice and the names were perhaps placed accidentally in that practice setting. Regardless, pantry benefits are given by households, not to individuals - still house of Mouse does not qualify.
