And staying on the BTL story - earlier in the week we told you that attorney for Boyce's BTL, Godfrey Smith had written to the General Registry requesting a convening of the Court of Appeal to issue what he calls "consequential orders." Presumably those are orders to make effective the judgment issued last week Friday.
But the Registry responded to Smith today saying that the Appelate Court has disposed of the case and any further orders have to be gotten from the Supreme Court.
This is consequential because it would mean filing entirely new applications and going through case management and hearings - in short, it's not going to happen before government re-naitonalises Telemedia on Monday.
