The Rod of Correction met again today at the BNTU National Headquarters, but this time there was no scrum of media lined up outside waiting for interviews.

Instead, the ROC issued a press release saying it has taken the decision to request meetings with the Director of Public Prosecutions, Cheryl Lyn Vidal and the Commissioner of Police, COMPOL Whylie.

They want to talk with these senior officials about COLA's private prosecution of Elvin Penner which the ROC has agreed to lend its unequivocal support to.
