And Flowers also had a few choice words for Minister Dolores Balderamos Garcia. Yesterday, she stood up in the House and remarked that it seemed like the unions had just found their voice after 13 years.
Well, the Flowers was not about to let that slide. He said that the PSU has always stood up for good governance and as for the BNTU, well, their track record speaks for itself.

"I have to call out the Hon. Balderamos who had the audacity to say that the unions just find their tongue. The union and I could speak for the public service union and I will dare venture to speak for BNTU because history speaks for itself - but as far as the public service union is concerned, we called out the Barrow administration on many instances. We even participate in "save the people" protest in Belize City, where hypocritically certain members of the opposition joined us and they are the same ones now dragging their feet against what they joined us on which was to push for better governance. I am calling for this government to yield for our demands. There are not anything out of this world."
