And while he was conciliatory when he spoke about domestic violence, Faber had very sharp words for his fellow UDP Rep, Denise Sister B Barrow - and launched a glancing blow at her nephew Shyne:
Hon. Patrick Faber, UDP Party Leader

"I will say here that I hope that with the same kind of interest that Sista B signed that petition that she turns up in the house and that she does not any longer threaten the party to resign and go to byelection and all of this if we insist that she comes to meeting and she does things like that. Since they want to talk truth - so I hope that every meeting she gets up now. I work for the masses of this party, I don't work for 3 individuals and leadership will be natural, so one could have the title but you will see who leads in the house - you will see it very clearly. Unless there will be a change in Sista B's ability to throw her gauntlet down with the government. Any way I promise to be nice. Scratch that from the record please."
