And a small victory for transparency tonight: the Ministry of Infrastructure, Development and Housing has FINALLY circulated the Completion Report for Emergency Works carried out by the Ministry after Hurricanes Eta And Iota between November 2020 and May 2021.

We've been asking for the report of the 12 million dollars in limited tender spending for 8 months now - but the documents first had to be included in the Contractor General's report. Now that that has been completed, the CEO in the MIDH, Victor Espat sent the media the full report today.
