And from the Commission of Inquiry to City Hall, we told you last night that there was a rift between the mayor and some of his councilors after the reshuffling of some of the portfolios. That ended with the mayor admitting that he blocked some members of his team on his WhatsApp number, which is kinda extreme considering they are one local government. We asked the PM if he agreed with what the mayor had done.

"As the mayor, you decide how best you want to use your councillors and so a mayor does have the right to move around the councillors. There is nothing official like a cabinet. That is just a practice that over the years successive municipalities have been doing and it have had some success. If the mayor feels that he has to do these kind of changes, obviously that is his right as the mayor. Now, on how he did it, that's another matter which I would have to sit down with him to discuss and I have not done that."
