And while the jostling has already started between Shyne Barrow and Tracy Panton - the man whose post they are seeking still has not officially resigned.
Today, Patrick Faber is in the US - he went there on Wednesday after he recorded Uncut on Tuesday night.
Well, it he didn't really record Uncut - as all the world now knows - that recording was cut short when Faber took offense to the aggressive line of questioning being pursued by host Jules Vasquez.
But, before things got heated - he said two very important things: one he characterized recent events as only a "setback" in his career, and, two, that he will resign - even though he hasn't yet:
Hon. Patrick Faber - Leader of the Opposition
"This for me is a huge set back, it is something that I hoped would not have happened but it did occur and there are a number of issues and so tonight what I wanted to do is talk about some of that, not an effort to try to save any of my positions that I hold. My intention to resign effective the end of this month, that of course has been a blow to my career and I'm seriously going to take some time to reflect on me."
