And Shyne, Tracy Panton, and Hugo Patt were the only ones battling it out on the opposition side of the House since both Patrick Faber and Denise Sista B Barrow were absent. Notably, the two also missed the last House meeting - Faber was presumably out of the country at the time and Sista B, well…there's not much to say there.
So the media asked Shyne if he hopes they'll be present at least for the budget debate in six days.
Hon. Shyne Barrow, Leader of the Opposition
"The honourable member from Collet had a death is the family, his brother who was like a father to him passed away, I extend deepest sympathies, so that is why he was not here and I believe the member from Queen Square had offered a notice of absence to Madam Speaker. I always hope that my members are able to represent the constituents that have elected them to serve in the honourable house, it is always my wish."
