And finally, from the press conference, we asked about a topic you've no doubt grumbled about recently - the price of gas. And while regular and diesel are still at $13, they could be much higher without the cap that the government had put on it.

But that cap means the government is losing millions of dollars in revenue - which means GOB may miss its fiscal targets. We asked the PM if this loss concerns him:

Jules Vasquez
"You all are taking a revenue hit on fuel by putting a cap. Are you concern that at the end of this year you will not be able to realize the primary - I think you have breaking even or a small primary surplus. Are you concerned it is affecting the primary account of the government?"

Hon. John Briceno, Prime Minister
"Ofcourse we are concern, but again, people come first and we have to do everything possible to be able help people during this very difficult time."

Jules Vasquez
"Are you able to say that to the IMF?"

Hon. John Briceno, Prime Minister
"Yes, I've said it to them before, I will say it today and I will say it tomorrow."
