On Friday night, the headlines were all about the UDP petition to recall Shyne Barrow. The opponents of Shyne had 201 signatures - they needed somewhere between 172 and 176, depending on who you listen to.

So, then, recall triggered, right? Not quite…as you might guess, just like everything else in the UDP, this is a matter of great debate and contention.
