And Fonseca also denies that it almost came to blows in the executive meeting. We told you that Ministers Julius Espat and Anthony Mahler got into a heated debate over Pollard that almost turned violent. But - again - while multiple sources confirm this - Fonseca says someone just has an active imagination.

"I think that's a complete exaggeration of what happened. Nobody came close. I was right there, sitting there. Nobody came close to blows. That is drama somebody is dreaming up. No, of course, in executive meetings, in political meetings, there's always some level of drama and heated exchanges."

"That was it. There was nothing more than that. I think the meeting ended generally with good respect and a consensus that we were united moving forward."
