Deputy Mayor Miller Comments on Upcoming City Council Convention

Though a date for the convention has not been set as yet, Miller says that the council is shaping up pretty well as they prepare to go to a convention:

Eluide Miller, Deputy Mayor of Belize City
"I remain excited about the convention. The People's United Party, they're still going through the internal process of really preparing for the convention. And so there has not been a firm date announced as yet. But that does not mean that us as candidates, we're not starting to work behind the scenes. And so that is what I'm focusing on at the moment until an official date is released by the party. And an official list of candidates who will be participating in the convention following the vetting process which was completed a few weeks ago."
