PBL For Port Basketball Marathon

It's been almost a month since the Government relaxed public safety restrictions and protocols for COVID-19. Social gathering activities that were canceled for two years are slowly returning, and this weekend, the Gilroy Usher Sr. sporting competition will return.

The PUP parliamentarian's Grand Basketball Marathon will return on May 1, and today, his community initiative got money from the Port of Belize Limited. The Port donated $1,000 to the tournament, and they invited the press for the official handing over.

The Port Loyola Area Rep. says that teams from all over are welcomed. However, only the first 8 to sign up will be able to participate, due to logistical reasons.
