A Hattieville resident lost his home early this morning after it collapsed during the heavy rains and winds that fell all across the country. Mark Banner told us that he has been living in the structure he calls home for the past 30 years, and after the house fell, all his belongings were damaged, and the structure is now uninhabitable.

Mark Banner, Hattieville Resident
"Well actually it dropped with me last night. When that rain came, I just the house started t crack and he just dropped, everything is wet up in there. The way how life is right now, the only person I could really depend upon is God because nobody else is there to help."

"For instance, the area representative, I went to her so many times and every time I go to her, she explained to me that nothing had happening with she. She can't help me, she have nothing. Well, I would want to plead to the Prime Minister, Mr. John Briceno, because I used to work for him. And I don't know if would remember me. I am Mark Banner. Use to work at the gas station by the Boulevard with Mr. John Briceno, so he must remember me. But I need help."

Reporter
"Mr. Banner, only you live in this house?"

Mark Banner, Hattieville Resident
"Yes, ma'am."

For those who wish to assist Banner they can reach him through his sister at 602-8920.
