And there are also changes in the fuel industry as government and fuel dealers have signed a contract to adjust the formula for a price of gas. Previously the dealers who are really gas station owners got a fixed return on every gallon of gas they sold. But when the price went up, and consumers got only one gallon of gas for $8 when they sued to get two the dealers' returns fell. Now, after years of lobbying, that formula has been adjusted and those dealers will get a percentage on every gallon of gas they sell. There's no telling yet how this will affect the pump price of gasoline.
