Will Jeffrey Prosser finally pay the US$57 million for the Carlisle Shares which represent controlling interest in BTL on Monday February 7th? Well tonight, that is still very unclear to us, and the man in charge of the country. On Wednesday, this was the Prime Minister's response to the burning question.

"Will Jeff Prosser come through on Monday with the US$57 million, February 7th?

"Only time will tell. Time will tell and you are as knowledgeable as I am about that."
First Prosser was supposed to pay the money at the end of April, then government allowed him to defer it to November 21st, when he defaulted and government had to dive in to roll back the loan at the International Bank of Miami. Since then he has been given 75 days which end on Monday February 7th.
