Earlier on we told you that the 4 - 4 BTL Board of Directors will meet on Friday. The board will be comprised according to the order of Miami Judge Ursula Ungaro Benages with 4 ICC directors and 4 GOB, E-com directors. But 7NEWS has received credible reports which say that tomorrow morning at 9:00 am a board with a 6 to 2 configuration will be meeting at the BTL boardroom. This would be according to the composition prescribed by the Government of Belize with 3 directors for E-com and three for the Government of Belize.
What's the strategy? Well it seems GOB has its own plans, and it's not far fetched to say that as a powerful minority shareholder, E-com's owner Michael Ashcroft is with that plan. It's not clear yet how this meeting will square with the order of the Miami judge.
