One man who definitely isn't on the Prime Minister's timing is Lotto winner Antonio Guevara. He had the wining numbers for the $120,000 jackpot drawn on the weekend. And he says the first thing he's gonna do is get rid of his own London Bridge which spans the crocodile infested waters of his front yard.

Antonio Guevara,
"My plan is to build a house or buy a house and lot. I thank God that I win this money because I wasn't working for almost three years. I am a I am a welder, and I don't have any kind of job and I am barely making it. So when this money came about, I said thanks God for it.

I have a house which I live in but I still don't call it a house because I live over a swamp and I have a street on which they claim that they would get rid of the London bridges but I have been walking on London bridges for about six years now. If it rains two or three days, I have to paddle a dorey or get a piece of stick to float on so I have a problem back there so I thank God for this money so I can do something."

Jules Vasquez,
How did you get the numbers?

Antonio Guevara,
"Well I made them up off of my grandchildren ages."

Guevara bought three tickets. After taxes, he took home $102,000.
