PUC Orders BEL to Comply

It was supposed to happen on Friday but was delayed in court, and today the PUC announced that it has now issued that order. The order says that it seeks to secure BEL’s compliance with the terms of its license and that means, “in particular its obligation to satisfy all reasonable requests for electricity services.” And the PUC’s notice advises that if you make a request for service, and are not satisfied with the answer you got from BEL, then you can file a written complaint with the PUC.
