There's been no official announcement, but 7News has learned the names of the new members of the BEL Board of Directors.
The new Chairman will be attorney Andrew Marshalleck, who takes the place of attorney Rodwell Williams.
He is joined by the government appointed directors: Anuar Flores who is returning to the board, Amir Carillo, Emilio Zabaneh and Anil Hotchandani.
Two of the three Social Security Board Directors have not been determined, because the former two resigned from SSB after the election, and no new directors have been named to fill their place.
That's because Social Security still has no new board named - 6 weeks after the election.
The other SSB Director, Marcello Blake, did not resign and remains in place.
And the three Fortis Directors also remain - they are Lynn Young, Kay Menzies and James Laurito - who is a Fortis executive vice president.
In other utility news, reports say that Government has selected Belize Rural North Representative Marconi Leal Sr as the Chairman of BWSL - but we don't yet know the composition of the full board.
