And, while those famous Free Zone investors will get their first bust of cross border business in many months, regular old sidewalk food vendors will also get a break. They'll no longer have to be selling out of other people's properties. They can once again set up on the street sides. Musa explained:

"It was part of the regulations that food vendors can operate, but they can only do so from private property. That is now changing under new regulations, so food vendors are allowed to operate without the need to be on private property. So you can operate at different locations not necessarily on private property."
