And so while - as of Monday - you can go to the church, or to the gym - if you don't do it under the strict provisions of 50% capacity - you will be liable for breaking the law. But, the new system is that you will now get a ticket for your violation. Musa explained:

"These new regulations under the public health safety act provide for the issuance of violation tickets for breaches of regulations for which pertains to the curfew. So if you are out after 10pm and you are caught, you will be ticketed and you will be fined $500. The wearing of mask is also a violation that is ticketable. Social distancing protocols - if you are engage in contact sports, you can be ticketed. All individuals on a basketball court or on a football field or rugby - that will be violation and you will be ticketed and each and every person likewise will be charged $500 a ticket will be issued to them."

"Essentially, it is a $500 fine. You do have 15 days in which to pay the fine. If it is that you want to challenge and you want to go to court and challenge that you were wearing your mask on that particular day and the officers ought not to have given you a ticket, then you can appear in court on the day that is set, because there will be a day set there as a summons, so when you are given this ticket you will be see the fine on it $500, you will see a notation that it will be increase $10 a day after the 15th day, but you are going to be given a court date if it is that you want to challenge that particular ticket."
