Petillo's Launches Sagana Heights Community

An Acre of Land for $6000.00 sounds a bit too good to be true, but that's just what land activist turned land developer Nigel Petillo is promising. It's a 700-acre track of land on the Western Highway that Petillo has dubbed Sagana Heights.

It's being touted as an agricultural community, residential yes, but a place where the homeowner is encouraged to start his own backyard garden.

Petillo gave our Cherisse Halsall a tour on Sunday and showed her how he plans to turn that 700 acres of virgin jungle into yet another Harmonyville. Here's that story.

Down payments for Petillo's one-acre parcels are being sold by Ceiba realty and start at $1,200.00 with $250.00 payments to be made thereafter for the next 20 months.
