And while city hall has few cases, the overall number is steadily increasing. But what won't increase in the price of flour - at least, that's what the Belize Bureau of Standards says. In a press release they advised the public that the controlled price for Bebe Agua and La Gitana flour in the marketplace will remain as is. But as we explained yesterday, La Gitana was being sold for less than its ceiling cost, and the mill will revert that price tag back to that controlled number. So while the cost won't go higher than what we've seen in the past, it will be higher than what it was last month.

However, the Bureau of Standards is asking consumers to be vigilant and report any product being sold above its controlled price to them.
