"When we look at the tourism recovery coming out of COvid there are two things that you had to concentrate on locally apart from airlift and getting the tourists back. One was getting your hotels back up and running to an export ready quality and the second one is, how do you move your tourists and that is where our tour operators come in and so that is the core, the vertebrae of how our tourism activity happens in this country because it's not just, tour operators don't just do tours they do transfers too, they do other types of ground based logistics that they are legally mandated to do for the industry."
