After a 2 year hiatus, the Expo Belize Market Place 2022 was back this weekend. Some say, better than ever with a Chamber of Commerce and Industry press release today congratulating the event on its "substantial participation" They claim that over the 2 days approximately 13,000 visitors got to enjoy the over 100 local businesses hosted by the EXPO.
But if you weren't one of the lucky 13,000 we have a treat for you, a re-cap of the best of EXPO 2022. Here's that story:
Among those businesses we featured, Lorde's Designs was awarded best male entrepreneur while CK Designs was awarded Most Creative Booth.
And the EXPO's numbers were up by 1000 from its last showing in 2019, also held at the Marion Jones Sporting Complex when our records show that 12,000 people attended. This year's number takes us back to the levels reached in 2018 when the number of people in attendance was also 13,000.
