But is Floralia preparing for total Belizean domination?

Ferguson couldn't confirm or deny that, but he did say that his ministry is under pressure from the Ministry of tourism.

"I think it is still in the making and remember it's not only the department of transport. We have a widened margin to deal with so Ministry of Tourism is putting pressure on the department of transport to let the buses come in from Guatemala and Mexico because it is affecting tourism. The overnight tourism by land is not coming in because those buses aren't coming into the country, so maybe down the road you might see some other changes when it comes to that because we are a country that is trying. To increase and expand revenue to run a country."
