And the president of the PSU was very coy when the media asked him about the sickout. He said he didn't know about anything organized, but he had heard about a fever of some sort going around:
Dean Flowers, President, PSU
"I wouldn't be able to speak much on the sickout. I think that the last I heard of a sickout was something that occurred at the immigration department at the airport a couple weeks ago. So, I guess its a fever that is going around. If it is that there was a mass sickout this morning, it has to do clearly with the fact that mental health is affecting public officers and they need to stay home and try to figure out how they'd manoeuvre through these tough economic times."

'Were you ask of the absentees in there?"
Dean Flowers, President, PSU
"Absolutely not and this is what I find surprising. I had to come out here for you guys to speak to me about absences. Not of the ministers brought it to my attention, so this is news for me."
Reporter
"But you are aware of it?"
Dean Flowers, President, PSU
"I am now aware of it, thanks to you."
