They stopped their Belize - Cancun run during COVID - but A-D-O bus resumed service on that route on July 24th. An inauguration ceremony to commemorate the resumption of daily service was held on Friday in Chetumal.
A release says, quote, "This is the result of ongoing bilateral commitments between Belize and Mexico, as both countries work to improve public transportation and tourism."
Minister of Transport, Rodwell Ferguson attended the inauguration ceremony accompanied by the Acting Chief Transport Officer, Peter Williams and the Chief Tourism Officer, Abil Castenada.
