Turning back now to today's Sunup with the Prime Minister - one of the burning matters of public interest he commented on was the rising cost of food products at grocery stores.
He said he had a meeting last week with the principals of the Santiago Castillo group and wanted to do a wider meeting with other merchants and importers to discuss the complicated matter of price controls for 37 food items proposed by the government to be subject to no more than a 15 or 20% markup.
