Feinstein Won't Sell Assets, Both Sides Agree To Injunction

And, finally tonight, the receiver for Stake Bank Enterprises will sleep a little better. He went to the high court and today got an injunction barring Mike Feinstein from selling any of the 23 acres of the island which he reclaimed, or for selling any of the long list of items that he claims to have bought with his personal funds - which the receiver says should be the property of the company.

The injunction was not opposed by Feinstein's attorney so the order was made by consent with both parties agreeing that the assets in dispute would not be transferred.
