Zabaneh specified what the increases will be for commuters traveling to villages - including Ladyville:

Reporter:
"the increase for short runs means that the Ladyville run, which is either $2.25 or $2.50, depending on who you speak to, will now go up to $3. Am I correct?"

Dr. Louis Zabaneh, Minister of Transport
"Yes, to $2.75 or $3. I think there was some variation in what different operators were charging. They still, by the way, have the freedom to not charge the full amount if they want and at different spots, right, along the way. So it may be that in some cases they will not see the full amount of increase, but I believe in most cases it will be the full amount applied."
