And, as you heard, the robbery at Inhale Vapor was facilitated because the Manager Dylan Vasquez opened up the doors when he saw Police there - except, of course, they were criminals dressed as cops. When we asked the CEO at the Ministry of Home Affairs about that kind of uniform abuse yesterday, he said that the issue is under review:

Elton Bennett, CEO - Ministry of Home Affairs
"So it's, it's an issue that is actively under review. We have a draft bill, to strengthen our laws as relates to the uniform of the security services. That is, being reviewed by the Minister of Home Affairs, along with the Minister of Defense. The National Security Council has already reviewed that, that submission. And so we are looking at, with how we can strengthen the laws as relates to the uniform of our security forces. So that indeed is a is a concern. We have seen crime committed in the past, of officer impersonation. And we want to ensure that the, the penalty for doing so, is increased to the extent of deterring individuals from, from that behavior."

Reporter
"So it resembled it's not that it actually was and maybe they were working in concert with someone who would have been a police officer, because my understanding is you have to return whatever you use from the police."

Elton Bennett, CEO - Ministry of Home Affairs
"At this stage, I cannot determine if that uniform that was worn was actually worn by a policeman. I cannot determine that. But the, it's starting to resemble when I would have the, the impact on those around, of a officer presence in uniform"
