Police are tonight releasing some information on the discovery of the body of Genoveva Campus, which was discovered yesterday some 9 miles North of the town of San Pedro. Police report that the body was found 1,000 yards North-west of a resort located in the area. They say that visible marks were seen on her neck and body and this has caused them to suspect foul play. Seven News also understands that the body was completely nude. A post-mortem was today conducted on the body but the results are yet to be made available. Campus had been reported missing by her father Julian Campus on July 13th. Her body was discovered by a passerby on a boat who saw vultures circling the area. She had been in San Pedro for some three months now. Campus was originally from San Narciso Village in Corozal.
