He was accused of having sexual relations with two minors but today a 64 year old walked out of court a free man.

After deliberating for an hour, a jury acquitted Clinton Allen of the charges in Supreme Court. With that Justice Adolph Lucas set him free. Two girls, both under the age of 14, who used to frequent Allen's house had reported to police that they had been sexually molested by Allen. One claimed that in September of 2001 Allen had intercourse with her. The second claimed that in May of 2002 Allen also had intercourse with her. The matter was not reported until June of 2002 however and the lack of physical evidence largely contributed to the case falling apart.

The young lady had allegedly been hired to Allen as domestic helpers.
