The jury was back in court and four more witnesses took the stand today in the quadruple murder trial of Leslie Pipersburgh and Patrick Robateau.

Four witnesses took the stand in court today and I'll get to those but first thing this morning Justice Gonzalez ruled that Arthur Griffith's statement would not be admitted into evidence so the jury won't hear it.
With that out of the way, the jury was brought back in and first on the stand was Albert Zelaya who was Patrick Robeateau's sidekick on the crystal water delivery truck.
And his short testimony will be remembered for what he didn't remember. Zelaya was called by prosecutor Majorie Moyston to establish that `Patrick Robateau was working on June 18th 2002. But she later requested the judge declare Zelaya a hostile witness. That was denied but the request was made after Zelaya said he couldn't remember what Patrick was wearing on June 18th 2002 and couldn't even remember if he worked with Robateau on the day of the murder.
Next was Police Corporal Jorge Ayala. He was first to respond to the scene at Bowen and Bowen Limited. He testified when he arrived a tall black man opened fire on him. He testified the black man then jumped into a coke truck which Ayala says they found abandoned in the Coral Grove Area with a 9milimeter, 380 pistol, and two 12 gauge shotguns inside.
This afternoon KBH security supervisor Jorge Aguilar took the stand. His testimony established that security guards: Kevin Alvarez and Fidel Mai who were killed and George and Carl Ventura, and Virgilio Requena who testified last week were working for KBH and were assigned the guns found in the abandoned coke truck.
With that established, corporal mark august - a police crime scene photographer was next on the stand. He described the crime scenes at both Bowen and Bowen Limited on slaughterhouse road and the coral grove scenes.
He is back on the stand tomorrow where we anticipate the picture he took will be tendered into evidence.
