The jury in the quadruple murder trial of Leslie Pipersburgh and Patrick Robateau was sent home again today as presiding Justice John Gonzalez continued to hear arguments from the attorneys.

The submissions by defense counsel Linsbert Willis and prosecutor Majorie Moyston are part of the trial's second trial within a trial. Gonzalez is expected to rule tomorrow.

After 4 weeks and 22 witnesses, Moyston rested her case on Monday.
