Already on interdiction for rogue cop activity, Superintendent of Police Ewart Itza has found himself on the wrong side of the law again and is in more trouble tonight.

The 47 year old is out on bail tonight after being charged with burglary, damage to property, failure to provide urine or blood specimen, mischievous act, disorderly conduct, annoying entry, and using obscene language.

The list of charges stem from an incident on Sunday when Itza is alleged to have broken into the Antelope Street home of his common-law wife Yvonne Samuels. Once inside he allegedly stole $100 in cash and let the air out of the tire of a vehicle.

Before Itza could make his escape, the police were called, and that's when cursed out a Corporal and refused to give a urine or blood sample.

Today in court, Itza pleaded not guilty to all charges and was let out on $2,000 bond. He is due back in court on June 4th.

Itza who was once the head of CIB and more recently officer in charge of the Dangriga police formation today told the court that he is a taxi man.
