He's America's most wanted but will Robert Hertular be extradited? Well after some lengthy legal wrangling, the Chief Magistrate today announced that he will render a final decision in two weeks.

Hertular is wanted on four counts in the United States, specifically, the importation and distribution of drugs into the United States, intimidation of a DEA Agent and obstruction of justice.

Today in court, Hertular's attorney Michael Peyrefitte described the case as a paper trial and pointed to shortcomings in evidence. Peyrefitte also noted that extradition deals with fugitives, persons who commit a crime in the United States and flee to Belize and Hertular he noted does not fit this description.

The Chief Magistrate will weigh the arguments and issue his verdict on June 4th
