Just seconds away from downtown Belize City and in the middle of rush hour this morning, somebody discarded the female fetus.
It was discovered at 8:30 this morning in a garbage heap on Ferrel Lane near its intersection with Regent Street. It was dumped in Kenroy Young's garbage and the Anglican Cathedral College student says when he left for school just before 8 this morning the fetus wasn't in his garbage but half an hour later when he left morning devotion it was.

"The time approximately that child had to be dumped here is between 8 and 8:30 because when I came out of church it was 8:45 and the police were already here bagging the child and taking it away."
"I left for school about 7:50 this morning and by 8:45 the police were already this area searching for any victims maybe still around.
Can you think of why someone chose your garbage to dump this fetus?

"Maybe because of the extent of the garbage in our garbage pan."
