A BDF Corporal charged with theft was back in court today.

Today in court, Corporal Elloy Hemmans appeared alongside his wife Lavern Hemmans to be arraigned jointly for possession of prohibited ammunition for (9) 7.62 ballpoint caliber rounds.

The couple pleaded not guilty and were let out on $3,000 bail. Yesterday Corporal Hemmans was charged in court along with Corporal Hansel Petillo for theft of an M-16 and an assortment of ammunition from the BDF's armory.
